My design process!

My bead bonsai trees are home-made. I put a lot of effort into making all 20 trees. Below is the process that I used.

Step one!

I cut my wire to 40cm lengths, then threaded a bead on the wire and twisted it in half. I made 7 of these for each tree.

Step two!

I twisted my 7 wires around each other, making sure there was room for branches. I then made a knot half way up the tree and made roots with each end to use later.

Step three!

I drilled a hole into the rock, wrapped the 'roots' around then twisted and snipped the loose ends. A foam pad on the base completed the process.
